Welcome to Lamibags. These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of products (including travel backpacks, duffles, toiletry bags, and other travel essentials) from our website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our other policies (including Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy).

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion (e.g., if products are out of stock, order information is incomplete or inaccurate, or we suspect fraudulent activity).
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after submitting your order, which acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A formal acceptance of your order will be sent via email once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed for shipment.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payment will be processed immediately upon order submission. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees, international transaction fees).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order processing and shipment will be completed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors (e.g., customs clearance, local postal delays) which are beyond our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

4. Return Policy

You may return any unused, unaltered products (with original tags and packaging intact) for a refund or exchange within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. The 60-day return window applies to all products except customized or personalized items (which are non-returnable unless defective).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@gfavora.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned package.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned package (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will initiate the refund if the return meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 5-10 business days of inspection. Refunds will include the full product price (in USD) but do not cover any non-refundable fees (if applicable).
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider; please contact your payment issuer for details on when the refund will appear in your account.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

All product prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate inventory information on the Site, but in the event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and offer a refund or alternative product (if available).
