All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), order processing may take up to 7 business days due to high order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If your order is incomplete, contains incorrect information, or requires additional verification, our customer service team will contact you via email (service@gfavora.com) to resolve the issue, which may extend the processing time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We partner with reputable logistics carriers to provide shipping services to most regions worldwide. The available shipping methods and corresponding delivery timelines are as follows:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies). We are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries and regions around the world. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to confirm if we deliver to your location. If your region is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified at checkout, and we will not process your order.
For orders shipped to international destinations (outside the country of origin), the recipient is responsible for complying with all local customs regulations and may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
